BEI's Interactive Remote Surveillance. Our security Command Center is staffed with off-duty and/or retired law enforcement officers. This staff has the experience to support virtually any emergency. They also possess the credibility to get the appropriate response from law enforcement and emergency agencies. At our client's facility we utilize access control, event notification and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) technology to alert our staff of an event, and allow two-way audio and video communication. In addition to direct intervention, we witness, document and record the event utilizing digital audio and real-time color video technology. The control, notification and video equipment is connected to BEI Security's on-site control system, which utilizes a broadband  Internet connection to transmit and receive audio and video signals.

We can control interior/exterior lighting, Air Conditioning, Gates, magnetic door locks,  etc.

Our trained professionals are "virtually" on the scene within seconds of an alarm.  Only after "visual verification" that there is an intruder present and that the intruder is intent on theft or destruction do the monitoring experts notify the local law enforcement agencies.  If the intruder is a friendly citizen who just happened on to the site, the officer can actually speak to the intruder and advise him to leave the lot in a courteous yet authoritative manner.
